About

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2007 I have continued my professional development, gaining an extensive range of qualifications. I am committed to providing the best experience possible for my clients and stay up to date with advances in the fitness industry.

As well as one to one sessions I also teach Group exercise in the format of Group Cycling (Spinning), Circuits, Boot-camps, Core strength classes, and one-to-one Pilates and Group Pilates Classes.

In 2021 I decided I needed to update my learning. So I embarked on a Pilates Diploma course with a company called Choreography ToGo.

I had to completely re-learn all my Anatomy and Physiology, the principles of Pilates, Programming Pilates, Principles of health and fitness, Health and Safety in a fitness environment and Instructing Pilates Matwork.Quite a lot to do alongside my daily work as a busy Personal Trainer. I knuckled down and passed the course in 2022 and my Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates is hung proudly on the wall in my studio. I love teaching Pilates as I know it works.
